This has been caused by severe thunderstorm activity in the area. As a result, some services including websites, email, and hosted systems may be slow to respond or temporarily unavailable.

Our technical team is actively investigating and working with the data centre to restore full connectivity as quickly as possible. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

BlueSkyData will be performing a core contention software update across our Rotorua and Ohauiti datacentres during the above maintenance window.
This update is required to improve routing performance, backend stability, and overall service reliability.

During this time, some services may experience a short interruption of up to 5 minutes. All systems will automatically restore once the update is complete.

We will closely monitor all operations throughout the maintenance and will update the status page if any unexpected issues arise.
