***UPDATE***

We are pleased to advise that the affected cloud server has now been successfully restored and all services are back online.

Our engineering team identified the root cause as a Hyper-V issue within Windows Server 2025 that resulted in excessive storage consumption on the host system. Corrective actions have been completed, and a permanent fix has been implemented to prevent the issue from recurring.

We are continuing to monitor the platform closely to ensure ongoing stability and performance.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this outage and thank our customers for their patience and understanding while we worked to restore services safely.

Status: Operational βœ…
Issue: Resolved
Root Cause: Hyper-V / Windows Server 2025 Storage Issue
Action Taken: Service restored and permanent remediation implemented
Monitoring: Enhanced monitoring in place

Work is currently underway to restore the affected system and resolve the storage space issue.

Our investigation has traced the fault to a Hyper-V issue within Windows Server 2025, which resulted in the underlying host storage becoming exhausted and caused the affected cloud services to go offline.

The restoration process is progressing well, and our engineering team is working on both restoring services and implementing a permanent fix to prevent this issue from recurring in the future.

We appreciate your patience while this work is completed. Further updates will be provided as significant progress is made.

Status: Recovery in Progress
Cause: Hyper-V / Windows Server 2025 Storage Issue
Current Action: System Restore and Storage Remediation
Permanent Fix: Under Development and Testing

We have identified a fault with the storage subsystem on one of our cloud server drives, which has resulted in the affected server being taken offline.

Our engineers are currently performing a full restore and recovery process. To ensure the integrity of customer data and avoid any risk of corruption, this recovery must be completed carefully and cannot be rushed.

At this stage, our estimated time to restore services is within the next 12 hours. We will continue to provide updates as progress is made.

We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work to safely restore service.
